Refund and Returns Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return, in accordance with EU consumer law.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns must be requested before sending any items back. Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund is approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
