Care guide
"I don’t know what it is, but there’s something special about silk. I adore to wear silk! Silk it's like radiance gems. Silk is deeply luxurious. Silk is sensuous. Silk gives you confidence. There’s just something fabulous about the way silk drapes your body that makes it different from any other fabric. The feel of the fabric. You can admire it on sunshine. The vibrancy of the color. The way the silk lights up your face." - the heroine of Madelane.
SILK is very delicate fabric. Silk is a breathable material, you don’t have to wash it every time it has been worn. If silk garments isn’t dirty just steam it (by steaming you kill most of the bacterias).
If you decide to dry-clean your silk clothes always make sure to inform the dry-cleaner that your items are made of silk fabric and please them to confirm that they are experienced in cleaning silk.
If you choose to wash your silk items yourself please follow washing instructions:
Use the hand wash program on your washing machine or wash your silk garment by hands.
Use only lukewarm or cool water for washing and cool water for rinsing.
It is important to use a detergent free from enzymes, preferably a silk detergent or a special detergent for delicate garments.
We recommend you to steam your silk garments directly on the hanger.
Items made from silk fabric can last a lifetime, and can easily become heirlooms if properly cared for.

“Cashmere is a second skin. Subtle, enveloping, and timeless, it offers warmth without weight and luxury without excess. Its beauty lies in its discretion, its softness, and the quiet confidence it brings to those who wear it.”
Wool and cashmere are noble natural fibers, prized for their softness, warmth, and refinement. Their delicate structure requires attentive and respectful care.
Always wash wool and cashmere in cold water to preserve the integrity of the fibers.
Choose a gentle detergent formulated specifically for wool or cashmere.
Hand washing is recommended to maintain the fabric’s original softness and drape.
If machine washing is preferred, select a delicate or wool cycle with minimal agitation.
Avoid excessive spinning, which may weaken and distort the fibers.
Fabric softeners should never be used, as they alter the natural qualities of the material.
After washing, gently press out excess water without wringing.
Lay the garment flat on a clean towel to dry, away from heat and direct light.
Never hang wet wool or cashmere, as this may compromise its shape.
To restore a smooth appearance, lightly steam or iron on low heat with steam.
Natural pilling may occur and can be delicately removed with a cashmere comb.
Between wears, allow each piece to rest so the fibers can naturally regenerate.
With proper care, wool and cashmere will retain their elegance and exceptional comfort over time.
